Page 550, He came with his parents to New Marblehead (now Windham). They settled first in Windham, but on 5 January 1756, he bought of David Gorham of Barnstable "one hundred acres of land in Gorhamtown." This land was near the Westbrook line, and here he died, as it is supposed. He was living on 23 August 1764
16Page 815, 816, was a blacksmith. In 1756 he purchased of David Gorham a hundred acres of land, on which the deed says he then lived. This place was situated in Gorham on the old road to Saccarappa, close to the Wescbrook town line.
