GOULD, or GOLD, ZACCHEUS, Ipswich 1644 (in that part which soon was incorporporated as Topsfield), came from Hants Green, near Potter's Row, in County Bucks, a parish, seen on the map, about 33 miles from London, near Great Missenden, left good estate to only son John, and four daughters perhaps, both at Rowley and Topsfield. His daughter Phebe married Thomas Perkins; Martha married John Newmarch; Mary married a (probably Abraham) Redington, and Priscilla married John Wild, who strange as it may appear, was a witness against her brother.

GOULD, GOOLD, GOLD, Zaccheus, husbandman, Lynn, headed a petition that husbandmen be excused from training in seedtime and harvest; dated 7 (8) 1640. [L.] Removed to Ipswich; sold land at Weymouth which had belonged to Jeremy Gould 26 (9) 1644. Removed to Topsfield. He deposed in 1661, age about 72 years. His wife Phebe died 20 (9) 1663. Children [Phebe, (married Thomas Perkins,) Mary, (married John Reddington,) Martha, (married John Newmarch.) [So stated by the genealogy of the Family.]
