Page 276: Lived in Portsmouth. A son Samuel, m. Elizabeth Wheelwright and died before 29 May 1726, when his widow m. John Newmarch of Portsmouth. Samuel Alcock had a son, Samuel 3d, who was his grandmother’s sole heir in 1743.83
