Page 130, 138, was one of two owners of the 123 ton brigantine “William and Eliza” built in Newbury, Massachusetts in 1794 and registered 6 June 1794. His vessels became entangled in the undeclared French and English War of 1797 - 1800.By 1815, he had sold his property to his nephew John Wood and moved to Limerick. His Granddaughter filed for French Spoilation Claims in 1886.88
