Thomas resided in Braintree and Scituate. 41 In 1653 he bought a from of 53 acres in Braintree, and later became the owner of much real estate. In his will, dated 25 July 1695, he mentions his eldest son Thomas, and Peter, to whom he gave 'all that estate of lands and meadows in Mendon which he had formerly purchased from his brother William.'136
