22 December 1719, Purchased 11 acres of wood & tillage land in Stratham from Mathew Thompson. Located at place called Jeremy's Pockett. 12 November 1724, Purchased two tracts fo land, containing 23 acres, from Elizabeth & Daniel Rudlett (widow and son). This land was bordered by that of Richard & Joseph Tilton & Daniel Ames Israel & Joanna sold, 24 November 1724, the 11 acres of wood & tillage in Stratham.
1729 - Joshua Brackett, of Greenland gave to "Israel fflosham, of Newmarket, of ye Township of Exeter, labourer, his fulfilling & Settling my Proprietors Share in ye Town of Nottingham according to ye Charter of sd Town which Proprietors Shear was Originally Mr. Wm. Youngs of Boston. . .two parcels of land in Nottingham. . .in North Street."
1731 - "Israel fflosham of Newmarket, yeoman, sold four acres in Nottingham in North Street to John Maylem, of Exeter, for five pounds in "current money"."
1736 - Sold 54 acres, the balance of his land in Nottingham to John Coker, of Stratham.
1736 - bought 5 acres of land from William Hilton, this land adjoined his own.
1738 - Purchased from Joseph Smart, 30 acres of land, dwelling house & barn, southwest of Francis Durgin' land.
1738 - Israel Folsom & wife Sarah, and other heirs of Francis Durgin, sold their interest in their father's (Francis Durgin) Estate.
1739 - John Burley bought 100 acres of Andrew Folsom & wife Eleanor, this land bounded in part on land of William Folsom & of Israel Folsom
1755 - Israel Folsom deeded to his beloved son Israel, 40 acres, "it being part of the whome place whare I now live", with buildings standing on the same, bounded in part by Ensign Ephraim Folsom.
1758 - Israel Folsom deeded to son Benjamin Folsom, land in Newmarket
