Benjamin’s name was on the muster roll of Capt. Joshua Moody’s Co., from 1 Jun to 22 Nov 1725. He was selectman of Falmouth in 1727.
He enterd clains in his nqme for 100 acres a Capisic of the Munjoy purchase and for a house two acres 1/2 mile from the fort where he lived. He Settled in falmouth on his fathers lands and was an innkeeper and a very prominent citizin.
Benjamin was appointed to run lines between the province and the Town of Old Yarmouth on 10 Jon 1735
